OUR MISSION.
The Ohio Wildlife Rehabilitators Association (OWRA) is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization dedicated to conserving Ohio's native wildlife. The association's core mission is to promote wildlife conservation by providing essential resources to wildlife rehabilitators, educators, and the community.
OWRA serves as a vital support system for a diverse membership, offering training, networking opportunities, and mentorship designed to enhance the ability of wildlife rehabilitators to effectively assist the public when they encounter injured, orphaned, or diseased wild animals.
Member benefits include a quarterly newsletter, an online membership directory, free monthly webinars, reduced rates for OWRA sponsored training and scholarship opportunities. These resources are aimed at supporting Ohio's wildlife and the dedicated individuals who care for them. (Learn more about becoming a member HERE).
