Bio: Hardy Kern, from Westerville Ohio, is the Director of Government Relations for American Bird Conservancy. He has been involved in professional animal care for the last 16 years. Hardy works on policy solutions for birds at the federal and state level. He is also a volunteer at the Ohio Wildlife Center where he focuses on enclosure and enrichment design as well as raptor care.
