During the conference, OWRA conducts a raffle and silent auction for the many nice items donated by our members, exhibitors, and supporters. Proceeds from the raffle are used to provide educational grants for wildlife rehabilitators and educators. Raffle tickets are on sale during the conference until the final drawing at the banquet on Saturday night. Participants must be present to win. There is also a silent auction for select items during the banquet.
Attendees wishing to donate raffle items may simply bring items to the conference. If you are unable to attend but would like to donate an item, you may send items to OWRA Conference, c/o Jane Schnelker, 3659 SR 598, Crestline, OH 44827. OWRA is a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization and any donations are fully tax deductible. All donors are recognized at the conference and in our newsletter.
