OWRA offers its membership a service to help place non-releasable animals and to locate suitable candidates for education/display. To place an animal in the placement service, request a species, or for more information about the service, contact Tammy O'Neil at Lake Metroparks Wildlife Center, 8668 Kirtland-Chardon Rd., Kirtland, OH  44094   or email her at  toneil@lakemetroparks.com    You are responsible for having all the proper permits to transfer and  accept the animal. Remember to consider an animal's handicap and  temperament before listing it for placement.
